Management

Ben Lee, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lee joined mCube as Chief Executive Officer on January 7, 2013. Prior to mCube, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. He has more than 20 years of management experience in the semiconductor industry and has deep knowledge of the Asian market.

Prior to Cypress, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Trident Microsystems and Chief Operating Officer at Apexone Microelectronics, based in Shanghai. Prior to Apexone, Mr. Lee was Vice President Asia Pacific Sales at Altera Corporation. He also served as General Manager of China at National Semiconductor Corporation and as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Mr. Lee began his career as a System Integration Engineer at IBM's Federal Systems Division in New York. He holds a BSEE from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a MBA in marketing from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Sanjay Bhandari, Vice President of Engineering
Dr. Bhandari joined mCube as Vice President of Engineering on Feb 7, 2011. Prior to mCube, he served as Vice President of Engineering at GTronix Inc. and continued to lead the team after acquisition by National Semiconductor in 2010. He has more than 2 decades of experience in virtually all areas of electronic product design, development and commercialization and has worked at aggressive young start-up companies as well as billion-dollar global leaders.

Prior to GTronix, Dr. Bhandari served as Senior Director of analog/mixed-signal design engineering at Ikanos Communications and contributed to the successful IPO of Ikanos in 2005. Prior to Ikanos, Dr. Bhandari served as design engineering manager at Philips Semiconductor. Dr. Bhandari has also served at ST Microelectronics, Duet Technologies and the Center for Applied Research in Electronics in New Delhi, India.

Dr. Bhandari received his BSEE from the College of Engineering, Pune, and his MSEE from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Dr. Bhandari has published numerous technical papers and holds ten US patents in area of circuit and system design.

Sean Chen, Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Chen joined mCube as Business Director in January 2010. He became Vice President of Sales and Business Development in October 2011 and has since built the mCube brand in the Greater China market with strong business growth. Prior to mCube, he served as Business Director of Greater China at Negevtech Ltd. He has more than 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry ranging from privately held startup to reputable public companies and has deep knowledge of the Asian market.

Prior to Negevtech, he held several technical and management positions at Intel, IDT, and Watkins Johnson. Mr. Chen began his career as a process engineer at TSMC. He holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from National ChengKung University in Taiwan.

Dave Jensen, Vice President of Manufacturing Technology
Mr. Jensen joined mCube as Vice President of Manufacturing Technology in September 2010. Prior to joining mCube, Dave was vice president of operations at Pixim bringing their image sensor and image processor chips to production. He brings over 35 years of engineering and operations experience with a strong background in the areas of process engineering, foundry relationships, semiconductor assembly, and test. Dave has managed the delivery of a diverse assortment of products, including MEMS, graphics processors, microprocessors, and high-performance communications chips.

Prior to Pixim, Mr. Jensen held Vice President of Operations positions at Discera, BitBlitz (now part of Intersil) and Transmeta where he had responsibility for a broad range of operational departments including product and test engineering, MIS, and purchasing.

Earlier in his career, he managed foundry operations at NVidia Corporation and held various engineering and operations positions at National Semiconductor. Dave holds bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.

Fang Li, Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Li joined mCube as Vice President of Marketing on October 1, 2012. Prior to mCube, he served as Director of China Strategy Office at Intel (China) Ltd to develop their China smart phone strategy. He has extensive marketing and sales experience across industries such as semiconductor, handset mobility, wireless internet and cellular networks. He is based in Shanghai.

Prior to Intel, Mr. Li served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and China GM at Telegent Systems, where he gained deep knowledge of the China smart phone ecosystem working closely with handset manufactures, Independent Design Houses and ODMs in China. Prior to Telegent, he held various roles at Motorola in software engineering, cellular infrastructure, and the Motorola Mobility Group.

Mr. Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing China, and a Master's degree from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois.

Joe Luo, Vice President of Operations
Dr. Luo joined mCube on March 4, 2013. Prior to mCube, he served as Vice President of Operations at Quintic located in Beijing. He has more than 20 years of extensive operations experience in the semiconductor industry in the US and China, with both startups and large companies. Dr. Luo has broad knowledge of integrated silicon systems from product design to high volume manufacturing.

Prior to Quintic, Dr. Luo served as VP of Operations at Brite Semiconductor. He held positions as VP of Operations at Apexone Microelectronics and Operations Director at BCD Inc. He has also held various positions at LSI, Intel and Texas Instruments.

Dr. Luo holds a BS degree in Physics from Hebei Normal University, China. He also holds MS in Semiconductor Physics and Ph.D. in Engineering Physics degrees from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.

Jobe Price, Vice President of Software Development
Mr. Price joined mCube as Vice President of Software Development on May 23, 2011. Prior to mCube, he served as Director of Software Development at Cambridge Silicon Radio. He has nearly 20 years of experience putting location based products into the consumer market and extensive experience managing software teams.

Prior to CSR, he served as Director of Software Development at SiRF Technology leading the software development for three generations of GNSS products. He has held several software and systems engineering roles at SiRF, Conexant Systems and Rockwell Collins, developing and productizing at least 9 location-based products

Mr. Price holds degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Vicky Xiao, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Ms. Xiao joined mCube in 2009 as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Prior to mCube, she was Vice President of Finance at Fortemedia where she was responsible for worldwide financial operations. She has broad international experience with both public and private technology companies.

Prior to Fortemedia, Ms. Xiao held senior financial management positions at eSilicon and Flextronics. She started her career with Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Xiao received her MS in Taxation and MA in Spanish Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
